On this session, I’m offering a redaction masterclass for anyone involved in subject access. Focusing on HR examples specifically, we’ll discuss the various exemptions including the difficulties of dealing with ‘mixed’ requests where different people are entangled, but we’ll do this by looking at realistic materials and deciding what – if anything – to remove from them. We’ll consider emails, witness statements, file notes, video and sound recordings – I’m not using data about real people, but I am recreating documents and other data from real situations. We’ll decide what to remove, what to leave in and why we’re doing that. We’ll also look at the way to create records to justify what you’ve removed.
Or you could get AI to do it. We won’t be covering that.
This isn’t a course where you sit back and watch the PowerPoint; here, you’ll be working on the data itself.
Please note that this session will run once five people book onto it (maximum 10). It will run on Teams, so click on the link below which will generate an email
