Lang Valley Housing has had a few problems with security in the past, but nothing could prepare them for the onslaught of problems that is about to befall them. It starts with Tom Phelps,a Lang Valley housing officer sending some documents to the wrong person, but it escalates, as the company that they send the email too has been compromised by the notorious hacking collective Full Metal Racket. Soon, phishing emails arrive and unfortunately, the hapless Phelps clicks on the link, allowing the hackers to gain access to the company’s systems. And it just goes downhill from there.

Using the most egregious details from real cases like Capita, Tuckers Solicitors and Hackney Council, this is a slow motion car crash and a live learning exercise where you and your fellow delegates will work out how to avoid the disasters that befall the company.
