Before Covid, working from home was the norm for only a minority of employees. Then in March 2020, Boris Johnson told everyone to work from home and a change to working practices that probably would have taken a decade to come about happened in a week. Now millions of people work from home, from coffee shops, park benches and on public transport. Since Johnson’s announcement, some organisations have carefully revisited their pandemic plans and updated them for the New Normal.
But some organisations did not.
