Most organisations are at least dipping their toe into the warm, soothing waters of artificial intelligence, if not diving in feet first. Whatever your strategy is, it’s unlikely to be a ban. Whether you’re just letting people experiment with Copilot or your network is buzzing with agents, one of the most effective ways to ensure that people use AI sensibly and effectively is AI literacy training. Teach your staff what AI is and how it works, explain its strengths and limitation, and then set out how you want it to be used. This isn’t an AI literacy session – it’s a guide to how to create one that suits your organisation’s approach.
Oh, and I’ll also tell you why ‘hallucination’ isn’t the best word for what AI does.
